We are now accepting Utility Bill Payments online for your convenience. If you would like to pay your bill online you need to know how much your bill is in order to pay the correct amount. If you do not know what your bill is you can call the office at 252-224-9831 during our regular business hours.
Once you know how much you are wanting to pay on your bill you click on the link below and fill out your information. There is a $3.00 fee (per $100 charged) that you will need to add to your total amount before processing the transaction. The form does not automatically add the $3.00.
Ex: If you want to pay $50.00 you need to enter $53.00. If you do not enter the $3.00 fee then we will post only $47.00 to your utility bill account and the rest will be outstanding. Each account must have their own payment transaction, you cannot lump multiple bills in one transaction.
This is not a recurring bill, this is a one time only and if you want to pay your bill this way each month you will have to visit the website and fill out the form again.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call 252-224-9831.
